Andy Fiffick

Founder & CEO

Founder and leader of Rad Air since 1975, Andy built the brand on integrity, training, and doing the job right the first time. With decades of industry leadership and national recognition, he remains deeply involved in supporting franchise owners and advancing the automotive repair industry.

Bill Snow

President, Franchise Owner & Brand Ambassador

Bill joined the Rad Air team as a franchisee in 2014, motivated by a family vacation breakdown caused by poor vehicle maintenance. That experience sparked his mission: to redefine the car care experience for everyone.

In 2020, Bill transitioned to the Rad Air franchise leadership team, where he now focuses on helping franchisees scale their businesses and developing new territories. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University with an MBA, Bill also serves on the board of the Mobile Air Climate Society (MACS).

His leadership and commitment to the industry have earned significant national recognition. In 2023, he was named Franchisee of the Year by the International Franchise Association and Member of the Year by the Willoughby Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Babcox Media honored his forward-thinking approach by naming him a 2025 Vehicle Care Rockstar.
